Payment Methods

At 123Wigs.com, we have several payment methods available when you make a purchase from our online store. We try to make ordering from us as convenient as possible.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. Credit cards are our preferred method of payment, mainly because it allows us to quickly verify your payment information and send your order on its way as fast as possible. Credit Cards also, in most cases, protect you from online fraud. We recommend our clients check with their credit card provider to find the exact terms of their protection, but, we have found that most of our clients' credit cards offer 100%, zero-liabilty fraud protection when it comes to internet purchases.

Money Orders

We accept money orders as a convenience to our customers without credit cards or those who don't feel comfortable sending their credit card information over the internet. Money orders may be obtained from your local post office. When you make a purchase with us using a money order, we will verify the order and then wait until we receive the money order from you in the mail. Once we have received the money order and verified the funds, we will ship your order to you and send you an email message letting you know that your order has shipped.

Certified Checks

We also accept certified checks, mainly as a convenience to our customers with brokerage or other bank accounts and those who don't feel comfortable sending their credit card information over the internet. When you make a purchase with us using a certified check, we will verify the order and then wait until we receive the check from you in the mail. Once we have received the check and verified the funds, we will ship your order to you and send you an email message letting you know that your order has shipped.

Purchase Orders

For the convenience of our government, educational and institutional clients, we now accept purchase orders. To make a purchase using a purchase order, complete an order online and select purchase order as the method of payment. You will be able to print out an official 'quote' of your order that you may use to submit to your manager or payment department. Once the purchase has been approved, and the check cut, send the check to us using the address provided when you place your order. Once we have received the check and verified the funds, we will ship your order to you and send you an email message letting you know that your order has shipped.

What We Don't Accept

We do not accept personal checks. This is to avoid costly bounced check fees and processing and allow us to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you. We do not support instant check or over-the-phone check methods as we do not feel these are as secure as other methods of payment. We do not accept debit cards for similar reasons.

We do not accept cash. This is because cash is not safe to send through the mail and it is illegal to do so in most areas.
